What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of employees. Benefits are terrible. Office culture is the worst I've ever experienced. If you're going to force a return to office, make the office a place people want to come. Why are we having to pay for snacks and drinks in vending machines?

Better benefits (i.e., PTO, paid holidays, flexible work arrangements - especially since they are inconveniencing people by moving both offices)

The salary. The benefits and holidays are absolutely horrendous.

My manager is so supportive. He has taught me so much and continues to push me and challenge me without setting me up for failure.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company has the worst company culture I've ever seen.

The company does not have a culture. We are told to come into a bare office space to sit in cubicles and stare at computer screens. I can, and should be able to, do that at home
