What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is Basic Pay Structure & Medical Benefits

Paid $10 an hour, everything after 40 hours was $15.00 which was really helpful around Christmas time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because nothing has changed like they promised. I'd feel better if they didn't take $3 dollars off our pay.

At every emphasis the white people let black know that they are not wanted. When they do convert someone black they create a way to get rid of them.

Upper management was good and helpful but around the holidays when they need lots of help they’ll hire just about anybody. Lots of people quit in the first few days when they realize how hard the work is

Upper management to start caring and listening to what we need changed for us to be a more productive team.

Challenging Domain, work is not monotonous, never ending learning process.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need better training in all departments, need leads and supervisors to know and understand their role for the company and for upper management to listen to the employees bc we're the one's who are out there every day so it would make sense for them to listen to our needs.
