Exhibit some passion, actively show you are rebuilding trust, active listening to the employees and act on things in a timely manner. We still have not heard anything about the Values. Why not? People are losing interest as it does not seem to be a priority for leaders.

I know my comp is aligned to that of my peers, however my performance is significantly better than my peers thus there should be more of a differentiator - spot awards/bonuses would also make an impact

In the last couple of years, the cost of inflation has increased making it difficult to sustain cost of living. I think compensation should be adjusted to match inflation costs.

I think there is still a lot of opportunity to pay employees more competitively. It is tech industry standard for almost all employees to have equity/stock in their compensation but RDC only provides it to employees in certain functions and levels.

I feel that I am valued. However, there is a clear and severe lack of understanding surrounding the value my role brings to the organization and is reflected in the fact that I am underpaid, according to market rate for my role, by almost half.

We have no clubs, no teams, no company outings, nothing. There is no spirit of community here. We wrote down many options the white boards as suggestions, people liked the ones that were popular and nothing in return.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact of appreciation of everyone's backgrounds and Coulter. The company can do more for the Asian / Pacific Islander month. The company places way too much attention on LGBT month (not that I have any room to talk, and not complaining) and not enough on other appreciation months.

lack of passion and excitement from management. People come to Santa Clara to get a pay check and go home. Thats it. People are engaged in this office. Management should do some things to get people reengaged here. People don't come in because its not a fun place to work anymore.
