I think there is still a lot of opportunity to pay employees more competitively. It is tech industry standard for almost all employees to have equity/stock in their compensation but RDC only provides it to employees in certain functions and levels.

We have no clubs, no teams, no company outings, nothing. There is no spirit of community here. We wrote down many options the white boards as suggestions, people liked the ones that were popular and nothing in return.

The fact of appreciation of everyone's backgrounds and Coulter. The company can do more for the Asian / Pacific Islander month. The company places way too much attention on LGBT month (not that I have any room to talk, and not complaining) and not enough on other appreciation months.

lack of passion and excitement from management. People come to Santa Clara to get a pay check and go home. Thats it. People are engaged in this office. Management should do some things to get people reengaged here. People don't come in because its not a fun place to work anymore.
