My role at a competitor (e.g., Zillow), with my YOE, should be making double what I'm making today (Total Compensation).

The fact that we can not participate in ESPP or are awarded stock. Most companies believe that when employees are invested in the company, they get the type of value they need from employees. It's hard being invested when we do not own a part of the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leaders need to align their actions with their words. Saying the company cares about diversity or fair housing but not taking action makes the words feel empty. I find the product teams is becoming increasingly political. It's very hard to get work done.

I have been criticized for sharing ideas and taking initiative to help Realtor achieve its goals. This leaves me feeling unmotivated.

Huge attrition on the product & dev teams. Hard to constantly find and onboard new people, fill in for missing people, change processes when new people join. Same for leadership that seems to keep getting let go. Makes me nervous about my job security to the point it effects my work negatively.
