What are some of the best things about your team?
My department is one of the teams that helps new users get up and running. It's awesome to see the power that we know is possible fully achieved by all who come through onboarding with us.

As long as you are getting done your job and contributing to the long term visions .... you are not micromanaged and given great freedom and flexibility.
