Salesforce: The only problem I have with the company is KOA club (people recognized as 10 year+ employee tenure). In general, people in KOA club are less open to the ideas of people that are newer to the company. And some of these KOA club groups are not welcoming or nice to people with less tenure.
Albertsons Companies: The immediate employees and bosses are amazing wonderful people to work with and for!! They become more deciving and lieing as you move up the chain!!

DXC Technology: It was a difficult start with not a lot of guidance, computer systems crash frequently, the goals don't align with my job and no raises or bonuses for 2yrs is horrible. People are jumping ship like the boat is going down.

DXC Technology: My experience at DXC has been positive. Started with one manager and was transferred to another. Job changed but salary did not. Hoping this year's merit will keep me motivated.
DXC Technology: The company provides flexibility, which probably keeps many, including myself, at DXC. The lack of annual merit increases and the lack forward-thinking (in the Finance Org) is demotivating.

TP: I am newly hired and have not experience yet the working envionment of the company but i am looking forward to witness the environment
TP: Overall the employment process is fast and they will email you immediately after several days.
Sedgwick: Better communication, ex. answer my direct questions instead of giving the run-around. And be transparent.
TP: It was nice, the people were nice too, even our mentor/manager was great in teaching as some task to follow, he can quickly understand everyone's need and he is so approachable.
