It's a wonderful experience working with TaskUs, I never knew it would be this good. This is the 6th organization I've worked with, and I commend the leaders for setting the culture of ensuring that no teammate will be left behind. When I was able to tick off my activities, and have a productive connect with teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It acknowledges my previous experience /merit and believes I can be a great addition to the team. Hence, I do not feel it was an unfair offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're welcoming and ready to assist me with whatever queries I have, and I observed that it's not only within my team but with our other teammates as well here in TaskUs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. The culture is different than with other organizations I've been affiliated with, it's like regardless of your rank in the company, we're all treated equally and the teammates are there and willing to help you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team supports my learning and allows me to maximize my experience and time in the company. The leadership team is open to hearing feedback and recommendations on the best solutions we can utilize moving forward and they respect your views on different topics.
