There are only 2 items that make me pause to recommend the company to others: People are stretched too thin making work/life balance extremely poor & the lack of human resources hinders the ability to address fundamental customer-facing issues.

TJX Companies : TJX Marshall's Home Goods does not treat their workers fairly. They demand you to go faster than any possible person could go and they pay you the least amount they can pay you. They take advantage of their workers and they allow bullies to torture other hard-working people. I see this every day

DXC Technology: WHEN I WAS HIRE I WAS IN LOVE WITH DXC AND WHAT CAN OFFERED. I SEE THE GOOD IN EVERYTHING THAT DXC SAYS AND BELIEVE IN EVERYTHING THAT DXC SAYS THAT WILL DO,, BUT OVER YEAR AND YEAR AND SEES THAT ARE "ONLY WORDS" AND EVERY DAYS I'M PRETTY SURE THAT NEVER IS GOING TO HAPPEND.
DXC Technology: I like it but the future is a bit of an Unknown and we have been working this way for over a year

DXC Technology: It is a good experience. It's only really discouraging not to receive a salary raise to compensate inflation in my country.
DXC Technology: I love my job, what I do. It's always growing, evolving & challenges me as I learn new systems and processes.

Salesforce: I have had a positive experience
DXC Technology: I was initially excited to work for a new company. The initial bump in pay was nice, but a lot of work being moved outside of the Americas makes it feel like I am expendable. Not good for my moral or for my team.
McDonald's: My overall experience has been egregiously awful. Due to it being poorly ran by Management and owners!
DXC Technology: Just like any larger company DXC has things that could use improvement however I like the company because the people I work with and for are amazing. DXC has put together a very enjoyable team.
Taco Bell: Its easy to learn and pick up on and it a family
Pep Boys: customer service. Value your customer time

Brigham and Women's Hospital: I have been an employee at MGB for 35 years and feel privileged to be a member of the nursing department
TP: Over all one of the best and positive environment to work with. Totally fair with the compensation and a very good company to give chance to people who doesn't have any BPO or any job experience

eClerx Services: A lot of learning and it is awesome to work there.
DXC Technology: It has been good but a bit overly challenging. At start, my pay was very good but didn't change for almost 7 years. As a result (and with high inflation in last couple of years), I've fallen way behind in compensation.
Pactiv: I enjoy helping America economy and allowing all Americans with the luxury of clean plates and pads for poultry. I am grateful for a job to enhance my life. I avoid arguing, and sweep during my spare time.
DXC Technology: I've been at the company a long time and overall there must be something keeping me here.
DXC Technology: Overall, I believe we have a tremendous amount of work to do to continue to change the culture and perception of our 'people first' strategy and truly consider the people that are doing the work. I'm fortunate to enjoy the work that I do and hopefully the impact that I'm making for my team/clients.
Taco Bell: The workplace culture for lower/non salary employess are usually not that great. Most managers are not fir for the role and toxicity is abundant while training and employee investing and retainmemt is alwyays at a low.
Keurig Dr Pepper: The workload is manageable, but the team members were sometimes unbearable. There were several cliques formed and were exclusionary. I don't appreciate working with team members that lie and betray you consistently.
DXC Technology: Work from home and vacation policy in US
DXC Technology: I've worked for 32 years with 6 different companies via mergers, etc. The last 5 years with DXC have been very difficult due to constant lay offs. i am feeling better about the company with new leadership but also cautious.
DXC Technology: I am overall satisfied with my experience working at DXC.
DXC Technology: Have been with DXC back to the CSC days and appreciate the remove opportunity. When speaking with most family/friends, they all refer to their company bonuses and raises and ask about mine.....needless to say, they ask, who do you work for and why no increases?

Under Armour: Under Armour was the best place I ever worked. We were family and we worked hard for success. We got it. I started in 2001 and I work for the company for 7 1/2 years. It was by far the best place I ever worked. Unfortunately, that was the last place I worked. The whole team was AWESOME
The Home Depot: Short with not a lot of explanation of duties.
Pizza Hut: Customer Service being honest and helpful.
Rio Tinto: they act on our requests as a team quickly

While I cherish the strong camaraderie among colleagues and enjoy the challenging work and leadership opportunities, the lack of career progression and unmet promises regarding promotions have been significant drawbacks.
