I do think they are forward thinking and seem to be learning from mistakes of the past.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe LN had not kept up with the market in actual pay. I think our benefits are good and insurance is very good. I do believe we need to look at rate of pay based on level of experience and education required for roles at LN.
