What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am very new to the company, so the respect people have for each other is a breath of fresh air. If there is a problem, there is no blaming, and everyone just gets on with solving the problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When the mock salary slip was provided, the amount after tax and deductions were a lot more than what I actually got out in the end. This means I took a drop in salary when I joined LexisNexis. I really like the company, but I will have to make a lot of adjustments in my life now to survive.
