What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with.

What makes you most happy at work?

Interactions with others. Solving problems. Positive feedback.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More and more responsibility is added without any extra recompense. Extra responsibility should not be treated as a 'development opportunity' that employees should be grateful for, it should be fairly compensated.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

1. Listening to what teams and managers are saying. Decisions are all top-down without enough involvement of those who have the detailed knowledge of what is needed as well as the ideas for how to make those things happen. 2. Properly valuing the expertise and commitment of their employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Their knowledge and commitment to the products they work on. Their focus on delivering the best for customers. Their commitment to each other and willingness to go about and beyond to help each other. Their support for me as a manager. Their willingness to tell senior leadership their concerns.
