TaskUs: Fair enough. I am happy to be part of a company that nurtures growth and recognizes teammate's skills. It would be perfect to have a higher salary package or benefit alignment because the cost of living is getting higher but the annual salary increase doesn't balance it out.

The layoffs have been a pain point though and it does make me (as well as many colleagues) feel as if we are walking on eggshells hoping we are doing enough to make the cut. That would be the only unfortunate part. Otherwise, I am very happy!

TaskUs: i dont feel valued in terms of having that salary/allowance its not good specially in this time every price of our needs is expensive.
TaskUs: may 1st 2 years are good, I feel valued and have meaning on my work, but the last 2 years I feel like we are less valued.
