I've been with TaskUs since 2020, and the longer I stay here, the fewer salaries I get.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being able to understand the value of each employee. As for my experience the longer I stay at this company TaskUs the lower my salary gets. This is the first company that I have experience this treatment to their employees.
