not actually happy, only doing work to get paid
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
need things to uplift the spirit of the employees, there are things being taken away from the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
starting last year there are perks taken out from the employee. for ex for the new HMO it is not beneficial in some aspects AVEGA or much better HMO company can do the works of what the employee needs. No allowance internet and electricity allowance for employee WFH. skills allwoance were deducted.
