Fair enough. I am happy to be part of a company that nurtures growth and recognizes teammate's skills. It would be perfect to have a higher salary package or benefit alignment because the cost of living is getting higher but the annual salary increase doesn't balance it out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher basic salary or skills allowance since the cost of living is getting high - other campaign offers a higher package with the same job as content moderator, scholarship benefit should also include college students,
