Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very disappointed with the new HMO of TU as it can only be used for emergencies and is only clinic-based. If you need to have yourself checked, you must have enough money with you anticipating that you will pay for the bill. Also, there are no incentives and appraisal are based on ranking.
