Teamwork and the chemistry the team brings to each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher skill level and the pay still the same with the beginner level compensation. Up-skill should be partnered with proper compensation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, the pay of the higher level should be increased and not the same as the entry-level pay. Up-skill and hours put to master the work should be considered. We have Up-skill training for the next level but the compensation is still the same.
