I really admire how the leadership team always finds creative ways to approach challenges. Plus, they're some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet! Their flexibility and willingness to adapt make working with them a breeze
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really enjoy my role as an agent, putting in the full eight hours each day, five days a week. However, I've noticed that the compensation might not fully reflect the effort and responsibility involved, especially with prices are gone up by 110%.
