There is a lack of empathy, a need to micro-manage & nit-pick attendance and return to office, over the quality of work.
The Targeted Salary Range needs to be increased, and for those who are already at the high end, are unable to make more money - regardless of years of experience and quality of work. When the company changed bonus structures, it limited opportunities to get bonuses. The old structure was better.
