teamwork, respect, you know that you got the best and quality help within the team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
basic salary, we almost level with the minimum wage HMO- disappointed that the HMO is only for emergency purposes and a clinic based. allowances,benefits, incentives- OT incentives, attendance incentives
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the team and leadership that I have right now when it comes to teamwork, respect and opinions of one another. We as a team with the help of our TL Lai, I see the big improvement in each of the teammates when it comes to setting goals.
