I am happy to work here but I just wish that we receive higher basic pay as the pay is not enough to support a family.

Whilst sometime its noisy, its fun to work on bcs of my friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that they can provide higher basic pay and i think HMO should atleast have eye glasses included in the benefit
