Ruckus Wireless: In my brief time period, I have noticed that a good team culture or a good team bonding along with managers is missing. Team lunches are very very rare (maybe 1 in 3 yrs) and some of the managers only cares about the final output and not the process.
Concentrix: I am supposing that Company means Concentrix. With webhelp it has gone downhill to slave labour. No salary ncrease, no progression, nothing.
Concentrix: CNX that likes to fall short of or just meet the minimum legal requirements and expects 150% performance in return. No expenditure is made on employees. Savings are made on the simplest things. Long-term employees (over 20 years) remain at the financial level of new hires. That is appreciation.

Concentrix: I like to work and improve but I am demotivated as no matter how hard I work I will still get paid the same and there is no transparency of the incentives. The amount that does gets paid also gets reduced by the superiors which makes me want to rethink staying here
CINTAS CORPORATION: It is decent but you have to break your back for it
Concentrix: While the overall experience is well because of the team and the people we work with there are opportunities when it comes to pay comparable to other companies, work life balance due to client needs. It really depends who is your manager, some are great and make sure you develop, some do not.
