Sitecore: I was brought in as part of a company acquisition - so change was probably the hardest thing to overcome. Change is never easy, but what I have learned is that the people I now work with are equally invested that we are part of the team. The people are truly what makes this company unique.
American Advisors Group: AAG is by far the best company I've work for and I love what we do. I think right now, though, people are being asked to do way too much. There is no time to look back on what's working and what's not - it's go time all the time. And getting resources are extremely difficult.

Sitecore: Pretty good, nice people, great product. I am learning a lot, growing a lot.
Sitecore: Sitecore is a solid company that I've enjoyed working for over the last 6 years. I've advanced my career at an acceptable pace and plan to continue doing so. There are some road blocks and hurdles to overcome, but I think that's normal within any company.
TEK Experts: My experience at TEK-Expert is great, working environment and the collaboration spirit amongst teams. However, the compensation plan for the Nigerian site is very poor. I mist emphasize how poor it is. I receive 300 USD in a month and 4000 USD annually. Other than the pay, all is good.
