I have been able to move around to several different jobs and learn many parts of the company. That collective wisdom makes me valuable to others and helps me find the right solutions to complex problems.

It's competitive with others and the cost didn't go up this year like so many others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really do trust each other. That trust comes from solid, dependable team work. There is always a respectable discussion when there is a disagreement. The disagreements are always more like, "Help me understand."
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to work and get stuff done. So I wake up ready to get after it. I am most happy when there is a difficult problem that I know I can figure out eventually.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co workers are more like friends, or people that you'd like to be your friend. It's just built into the culture. I've worked with the entry-level new-hire and a few VPs. All have the same friendly, helpful attitude.
