RingCentral: I am beyond grateful to RingCentral and the people behind it. The recruiter, the trainer, managers, and bosses. they inspire you, they guide you and help you all the time. This company made me feel that I am valued by welcoming me as a newbie, simple perks, and celebrating my achievements.
RingCentral: RingCentral is a good employer, we're treated as human beings and adults instead of a replaceable number. I hope as RingCentral grows, that it doesn't lose sight of the humanity of it's employees. The way a company treats its employees is how the employees will treat the customers and the company.
RingCentral: very fun and challenging at the same time. You get to prove yourself especially sharing your knowledge and expertise to your teammates and helping them pursue their own goal as well
RingCentral: This is a very fast paced environment, but it's rewarding and the people are amazing. There is a lot of opportunity to reach my personal & financial goals & I intend to do that. It's been a bit of a slower start than anticipated, but I know I will crush it!

HSN: Customer service when placing orders there knowledge so they can answer the customer questions properly upfront.
DoorDash: Stop hiring when there isn't enough market

Octapharma Plasma: Professionalism. Treating donors with courtesy and respect. A few staff members are phenomenal at their job but lack good people skills.
Fullbeauty Brands: The quality control of items is inconsistent. It makes it difficult to make one become a loyal customer. Items sewn from Pakistan or Bangladesh shrank from the length of 30" to 26", 26 1/2", and 28" in cotton tunics. So out of 12 tops (with various pricing) 3 were not returnable after 1 washing.
VMLY&R: It has the best work culture!
Cash America: I would like a competitive pay or at least enough to survive.
Lennar: Lennar's premium choice of building materials and attention to detail made the purchase of my house a easy decision. I will definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family.
Chubb: Overall it's a conservative environment. Need to be more progressive.

David's Bridal: Work is great customers aren't so much. You get the shot emd of the stick for things out of tour control (amount of weeks it takes to receive dresses)
SGN: Company in a slow decline
DoorDash: Firstly, as I read through the site regarding dashers, I find no talk of improvement on dasher conditions. Lets be honest, without us you have no company. As a top dasher I find it appalling these intelligent, college graduate engineers have not created a better system that benefits top dashers.
Essilor of America: All work no balance with little reward
Ticketmaster: customer service is non existing...quick to take your money and then never speak to you again...ha ha ... change seats, rows and an entire stage without offering a refund.... so you don't get what you paid for.

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems: Greedy! They make ALOT billing Govt but they can’t stop changing time cards in their favor. GA doesn’t pay deployable EEs going over seas a livable wage. San Diego is EXPENSIVE and the base pay begins apx $85k You make ONLY your base pay if you don’t deploy - so many employees have to work
ExamWorks: Seems to be a trend there now with most staff having a slight attitude in their approach. Sad as it stems from the top
Smart & Final: So far, not to bad. I have the best store manager that anyone could ever ask for.

Suddenlink Communications: Fixing their inadequate hardware and cable infrastructure and then charging users of the service for service tech repairs ($60 to replace their defective splitter) or telling customers to hire/pay electricians to replace Suddenlink coaxial cable ($866.45 charge). These are my bills for example.

RingCentral: I love the culture, the people. I feel apreciated, yet there is always room for growth. However, some processes are not clear. There is no clear escalation path and SLA . Sometimes data in internal tools is not accurate. Internal tools are not in sync. This makes my job challenging.

Solera Holdings: My overall experience has been awful as this company continues to lie about many of their so-called "Philosophies". They tell employees what they think they want to hear with the intention of never following through on its promises. I would not recommend working here.
Octapharma Plasma: Employees sitting around one girl up front doing stick. She was upset no one helping her. I sat waiting to give blood for40 mins. 3 girls sitting around talkig and joking. People finished giving blood and they just kept taking. Very bad preformance

Sage Hospitality: I have taken the time to speak to my gerenal manager and the assistant manager and the human resources person and still no action has been taken to resolve the situation so I turned in my two weeks notice, and would like to speak with someone else about what I have gone through in the past 4 years.

RingCentral: While I am still new here, the learning phase has been very detailed. I can tell RingCentral spends the time and money needed to get employees where they need to be to succeed.
RingCentral: Work life balance here is pretty good. Team culture is awesome, interesting projects and good benefits. The compensation is a bit lower than the market, but the projects and people here make it worth.

I've been surprised at how difficult it is to find information as it's "everywhere"--Mission Control, Message groups, Wiki, Google Docs, etc. It's difficult to quickly find the right technical information while I'm on with a customer.

RingCentral: The company is great it's just that they need to improve in Trainings, They need to make sure that there is enough time for trainings to understand the process better, Like 2 weeks of training before an agent gets transffered to a different LOB and also additional Support is really needed.

LensCrafters: I bought a pair of glasses that had to be sent off in order to have my prescription filled due to the frame. They where broken in the lab twice. Therefore they were delayed twice. Now in less than 2 months they are broken again. Your store has poor customer care and argues with customers.
Rover.com: Keep withholding payments past predicted dates, leaving me with no gas funds and no paycheck for living expenses (as this is my main job) for longer than predicted payout date. Called customer support and got put on hold by two people for about twenty minutes only to be told they can do nothing.
RingCentral: The company is overwhelmingly a great place to be.
RingCentral: Ever since I started, RC has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I would not replace this for anything, in return, I hope they will not replace me either. I love it here.

My latest complaint is to resolve payments being return due to wrong billing address which I have used for years! When contacting the billing department, I wasn't able to resolve the issue!!

Terminix: Terrible, horrible customer service. I can't reach anyone in-charge, and no one will return my calls. Sub-contractor has no contingency plans for when he has staffing problems, so I sit in my house, surrounded by double-bagged items, and am told to wait two weeks before they can get to me.
Schnucks: In the past 5 years we have had trouble hiring enough help. The work load get more and more each week. They expect same or more sales with less workers.

Westin: I most value amenity of this bland. I have used your hotel many times since I was a child. You hasn't change amenity. Also, recently I feel more amenity as I grow up. Cheerful staffs service kindly even if I can't speak English fluently. Room keeper's clean our rooms to make us more confortable.

STERIS CORPORATION: Do not know if other parts of the company are as stagnant, other sections have more promoted employees with less time and over all merit while my area has not promoted currently an individual that has the merit for technician 3 but only our manager states he does not have the time.
Voya Financial: Great benefits, salary and bonuses.
Grab: Grab is a great company to work for. The company are very generous not only to the partners (drivers, riders and merchants) but especially to the staff. The environment and needs in the office is not a problem as Grab is taking a serious actions on bringing a great value. Kudos to the CEO.
RingCentral: I am very satisfied and grateful to be part of this company, because of RingCentral I was able to have a fill house renovation that is almost done and were able to sustain my family needs
