I love the culture, the people. I feel apreciated, yet there is always room for growth. However, some processes are not clear. There is no clear escalation path and SLA . Sometimes data in internal tools is not accurate. Internal tools are not in sync. This makes my job challenging.

I think the salary is good. Having flexibility to work in the office or remotely is greate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being an Executive Admin, it's very important to have a supportinve EA team. Everyone is greate at collaboration, sharing best practicies, etc. The teams that I support are very appreciative, greate sense of humor. They make my job fun!
