At first there were some bumps with supporting organizations and role definition. Now that those issues have been ironed out we work well together and the work environment is much better.

What makes you most happy at work?
The challenge of doing something new that will have impact on our company's evolution and the experience of our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Much has evolved in the last year. The new leaders seem to be focused on the correct vision and are more inclusive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do what is needed to make the customer experience great. We do not always have the support of other teams that we need; however, they do come through in the end.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stocks plunged and there hasn't been a correction along with no additional RSUs. When I joined I was not told that the RSUs were for 2 years. They were low for one year, let alone two and now the value has plummeted.
