The company is great it's just that they need to improve in Trainings, They need to make sure that there is enough time for trainings to understand the process better, Like 2 weeks of training before an agent gets transffered to a different LOB and also additional Support is really needed.

Pay Day or when there are bonuses

Not Applicable/ Can't think of any
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Since i'm new in my LOB. I suggest that they would have more patience in answering my questions in a nice way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Supervisor always make sure that i'm doing Okay and that i'm on top of my performance. I feel like he's not only my supervisor but a friend to talk to, He is considerate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not really undervalued but i'm worried about the TAX and the Annual increase that was not really discussed to me showing my numbers and why i was not able to have an annual increase
