What is the best part about your compensation package?
The EAP wherein we have an opportunity to request a schedule for a Counseling to be able to support our mental health as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's culture promotes unity in a sense that we are moving as a whole and being treated as equal all across all segments with good internal communication system implemented by our leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an organized system of assisting each other meet our individual and team goal. Our team promotes good teamwork and encourages to have a peaceful working environment through the guidance and supervision of our Manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are visible and are committed to being connected to us as regular employees. They have not made me feel that I am less important than the others. They are actively present in motivating me to become better.
