The Customer Training Leadership Team is incredibly strong. Consistent, flexible, transparent, funny. Really couldn't ask for more.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with the customers teaching them how to use our product. The variety keeps things interesting, and the conversations are often interesting, productive, and even wholesome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I negotiated my initial salary, I was told they were bringing me on higher than their typical range because of my experience. 6 months later when the same job was posted again, the range posted online was almost 15% higher than what I currently make. Also the raise was not to par with inflation
