I love being here and especially my Manager, Team Lead and team. I've been surprised at how difficult it is to find information as it's "everywhere"--Mission Control, Message groups, Wiki, Google Docs, etc. It's difficult to quickly find the right technical information while I'm on with a customer.

Management really seems to care about us as people even though they have to make difficult decisions in this economy

Helping my customers solve their problems.

Base plus commission and SPIFFs

They put family first and allow us to do the same.

We truly work as a team and back each other up and help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inclusive environment and provides great webinars and events to allow us to grow and change.

Inclusivity is definitely focused on. The technology allows us to stay in contact with each other even though we are very dispersed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Almost everyone helps the rest of the team. We share information and try to make each of us better so we are better as a whole.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got a large stock option when I joined and it's devalued significantly since then. I also think I'm due for a promotion even though I've only been here a year and I hear I need to wait until October as that's when promotions happen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my manager and his boss and his boss. Don't really know anyone else on the leadership team. My team is amazing and that's because of my boss. He has our backs, isn't a pushover and genuinely cares about each of us and how we work as a team.
