CDPHP: Give back to the subscribers some of their own money by cutting the CEO's benefits compensation down to size. Making us jump through hoops to get "rewards" (ie REFUNDS) is weird and unprofessional.

I have reported to every HR we have had and nothing has been done about the issue. I love my job and choose to do the right thing because its the right thing to do every time.
