AEVEX Aerospace: There are a lot worst places I could be. The company has made strides in focusing on compensation, improving process, and diversifying its strategic future focus. The people are really good at AEVEX for the most part and thats hard to find.
Risepoint: It has been a great journey at AP for half a decade, however, the last year or so has been extremely challenging with org changes. Job feels extremely insecure and there is a lack of leadership in my team with no feedback from supervisor or clear direction. Turnover has been very high as a result.

It's inspiring to see how diverse our C-Suite leadership team is and it is also great to see AP expanding to become the gold standard. If the salaries increase, I truly would have no need to look elsewhere.

Risepoint: I like what AP stands for, I enjoy working remote, I just wish compensation was fair and better. Inflation has gone up over 25% and it is getting harder to make ends meet by only getting a 2-3% raise. It is hard to catch up to how expensive everything is getting yet trying to make it work with less.
Attentive: I work with tons of great and smart people. The problems I get to tackle are challenging and I have a lot of autonomy on how to handle them.
Risepoint: My perspective may be a bit skewed since I've worked at some terrible industries in the past, but I really like what we do at this company.

Risepoint: AP has been very good to me. I've enjoyed working in several positions. However, some directors are more intuitive with developing their managers than others. I need to more exposure to projects and leadership duties to advance to the next level. Unfortunately, I wish my director was more hands on.
Risepoint: I worked in the educational serves industry for 7 years prior to starting at AP 4 years ago. My job was constantly threatened, even though I was working hard and meeting expectations. The instability and stress caused major mental health issues. Working at AP has repaired my self-confidence.
Risepoint: Even with constant changes which at times can be challenging, it has been a good experience.

23andMe: It is interesting to know the origins of your bloodlines. But 23andMe does not give a time frame as to how far back they go. Also, if your ethnicity percentages do not add up to 100%, 23andMe gives no explanation. And trying to get an answer by phone is daunting as it is a circular process.

Clearwater Analytics: The company under Sandeep Sahai has begun implementing the worst kinds of management styles and techniques. The priorities of the company have shifted from building the best product for clients to quick cash grab opportunities that leave customers unsatisfied.
Primo Water Corporation: Management created a hostile work environment. The leadership also threatened to no longer provide toilet paper for employees in the office. Instead of helping wmployees perform their job the management is usually sleep, hiding, ignoring requests for assistance from employees or refuse to help.
Alkami Technology: Large quantity of RSUs in the total comp package.
Cardinal Financial Corporation: Minimal pay. Keeps morale low amoungst employees. No incentive to work. No raises. Benefits are a joke. Unappreciative of employees. Expect utmost loyalty from employees, but will screw employess at any & every chance. Toxic work enviroment. Top executives have no business running a company.
