A lot of fun people and HR has done a lot to implement many activities and ways to treat employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've researched local market salaries for my job title using various estimators. Given my experience and responsibilities, my salary should be $15-20K higher. When I was promoted, I raised this issue, but it was dismissed with excuses. I would appreciate a reconsideration and salary adjustment.
