i like that they do better @ informing the employees on what's beneficial

When the line meets the production goal, on a daily & weekly basis

They take pride in the company & value the employees, yes things could be better, but i trust that things will get better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel we should get paid what we are worth, some ppl go over & beyond & feel as if their being overlooked
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For the most part TEAMWORK, its not going to work if we don't have everyone as a whole on one accord, together we will be unstoppable
