i ,feel undervalued because, i have a manager that always competing with me no matter what i do there is never a you did good or no pat on the back never

i feel undervalued because my manager thinks im not worthy of the pay i recieved for my job he always say that i already make too much money how can a person make too much money and a manager should not say things like this to an employee
