As a new employee I've been able to learn and grow in this new field however due to construction at the factory my official training has been postponed which makes my job a little more challenging.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I've had a positive experience working at Hoshizaki. It took several months to get official training and I had to train myself up until that point but since I visited PTC I have felt better about my future here. I would love more training but will continue to strive to get better at my role

Overall good experience. I enjoy working here. Only wished we got separate/additional PTO for sick days and could work a hybrid schedule and work from home sometimes in the TA role.

Bonus and the amount of PTO.

Everyone gets a long and works really well together.

Meeting and exceeding goals and accomplishing daily work tasks.

We work and get along with eachother as a family.

Easy to work with and acknowledges when you are doing good work.

Being able to complete all my work and when my work flow goes smoothly.

Everyone respects and values each other though we may have different opinions and come from different backgrounds.

My manager Kara M. shows trust in me and and acknowledges and commends for the work that I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Separate PTO for sick time would be ideal, all my previous companies had separate days to use for sick time. Here it's combined in one pot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part everyone gets a long and work well together. It feels like a family environment which makes the work experience a lot better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a productive and smooth day. Being able to complete task and assignments in a timely manner. Also, being acknowledged by management that I'm doing a good job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable and genuinely seem to care about me. I also don't feel like I'm being micromanaged and show they trust me and count on me to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment seems very family oriented and always looking to share positive news every week. The company is always having different events and activities where employees can participate and even win prizes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot more responsibilities than what I was told during my interview. Also, during my interview I was told that I would get a 10 percent annual bonus in addition to my salary(TA)My bonus this year was less than 5%. Disappointed to see how low of a bonus I got compared to others.
