Okcoin: I believe the APY they promote is not accurate at all. When they promote a 16% APY you really get a 5% or less. I think they should promote a rate they actually pay and not base it on "previous earns" which make everything very inaccurate. Other than this I am very satisfied with their service

Player support is very unhelpful with resolving certain issues, and needs to provide more clarity on many issues, and fewer canned, vague responses to player inquiries.

They are working 50+ hours & it seems glorified by mgmt & the only way to get promoted. It makes me hesitate to merge/join.
