EnsembleIQ: Beginning a new job during a pandemic and quarantine was difficult, but there are a lot of HR practices in place to connect employees and make it feel less isolating. Monthly meetings about how the compay is doing also helps us feel connected and like we are all working toward common goals.

Middle management struggle to clearly communicate project objectives, and dont value the expertise of employees.
