HotChalk: My current supervisor has been positive & a real pleasure to work with. But overall, I find it interesting that the worst offenders of professionalism are not corrected & still exist like cancers within the company. All the surveys in the world do not change poor behavior, harsh action does.

Instacart: It has been interesting - the office seems extremely disconnected from shoppers and often make questionable decisions impacting shoppers in negative ways. It feels weird to work for a company where the work force is negative towards the HQ employees and company as a whole.
