Instacart: I wouldn't recommend working at this company UNLESS serious changes are made. I like the renewed focus by our CFO on being a sound company, but I think the lack of operational prowess by our teams is a risk that will prevent us from being the best we can be.

Instacart: Overall it has been good with a few exceptions. Upper management needs to communicate more. Sometimes we feel like it is "us" vs "them" instead of one team/family.
Lulu Press: First Office job for this shop dog. Was not sure what to expect. Turns out it is not like most office environments so I got lucky. Yes we live in little rows of desks, semi-cubed up, but the open office encourages interaction and everyone is very pleasant here. Work/life balance was something new.

Instacart: Unsupported. There is room to obtain resume building skills, but infrequent and inconsistent feedback leaves you feeling as though you have no idea if you're doing a good job or not.
Instacart: I wish my manager had a better interest in my career path. I feel like I'm going to hit a wall soon which will force me to look at other companies. I don't like to move from place to place but if my manager at Instacart can't help me meet my needs, I may be forced to go elsewhere.

MOJIO: Bad. when I joined an year ago, we were one happy team. now everything has changed. all the power is in Campbell office. Though Vancouver is the head office, we are not treated well. all executives and senior people work out of Campbell and they treat us badly.
Tophatter: Really good company to grow and learn many different things. Especially in the eCom space

Salsify: There are many great people on my team. I appreciate much of the positive: commitment to trying to improve the culture, engaged leadership, more investment in people org than usual for a company this size. However, there are certain teams with people who are unwilling to respect my time.
Salsify: I love Salsify. All of the employees are very unique and passionate about what we do. Everyone is willing to help out for the greater good.
Salsify: They are easily approachable and accessible.
OJO Labs: OJO is a great place to work if you like to solve tough problems in what seems like an impossible amount of time. There is a ton of opportunity and never enough time to get things perfect. It can be chaotic at times, so you definitely have to be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace.
Salsify: I just love it. I love coming to work basically every day, if not for the work then for the people. It is challenging and exciting, and I love being part of a successful company that is definitely going places.

Some processes are being defined as the work is being done, which can cause some confusion vis-a-vis responsibilities, but any missteps are borne out of desire to help our consumers, and quickly addressed

Tophatter: Tophatter has been been a huge part of my life for many years now. It was only "friend" when I arrived in the Bay Area and it has been the reason for many of my deepest friendships now. I have advanced significantly in my career and am still very excited at the prospects of the company. Onward.
Lulu Press: I like my work, flexibility, and the people. I think that my pay is fair. The negatives include the outdated Lulu website (which is being fixed,) and the buggy xpress website (which is not being fixed?) Also, there is a lot of negativity on my team directed at customers, which I attribute to burnout
MOJIO: Learning a lot, just wish that we would get more involved (as an engineering team) directly with Automotive OEM projects.
Tophatter: My experience has had its share of frustrations, but unlike other places I've worked, I have a direct ability to influence the direction and if not change it, at least change how I react to changes without being boxed in.
