Clarify Health Solutions: An extensive recruiting process metting many peole, but the ultimate decision seems to be the CEO. Other experiences with companies like this, the CEO meeting is more of a formality with main input from managers. Helpful to relay this to prospective candidates and meet CEO earlier given importance.
