Epiq: The company has been great to me and I am proud to work here most days. When they cut long term employees or ones that are valuable due to budget reasons, it feels like a slap in the face and there is no loyalty to their workforce.

Cons: poor onboarding, minimal documentation of processes to accomplish key tasks, often top-down requests that derail existing priorities, lack resources to accomplish everything
Concentrix: had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, learn from talented colleagues, and grow both professionally and personally.
Risepoint: We need transparency within HR. We were told that the pay scales for positions would be made visible and they never were. It is not fair for someone to come in make way more than someone already here. For lower positions, a small scale is needed. It should not be 25k scale for someone making $75,000

Being more customer-centric and always allowing their team members to voice their ideas and opinions. The benefits Spokeo provides are also some of the best out there.
