Princeton IN. Hostile work enviroment. Discrimination from and by a human resource manager. They lied to me. They have made false alegations against me. Couldnt handle their jobs because being overwhelmed. Mismanagment of pay. Didnt follow up with employee or state for CDL physical.

I am a diesel MECHANIC with the brand of "technician," myself and coworkers attempt to fight to improve our workplace but our attemps are futile as our cries fall upon deaf ears. The people who can actually change the policies get paid too much to care about the people who are impacted by policies.

The insurance offered through the Ryder that I work at is atrocious and Ryder should be embarrassed that they offer such shody insurance to their employees. The insurance is the bare minimum that can be offered.

The structure and culture does not match the mission statement. They do not really care about the people, just getting bonuses for the management. Hourly employees are given the obligatory pizza though!
