I'm very happy to be here, I work with great people, they are always very willing to help (I'm on the beginning of my journey - only 8 months here, so I ask them a lot), but I really like this job. It's difficult and challenging - our application is huge, but it's very interesting to be part of it.

Overall, it is ok. I'm learning a lot; the projects are more or less interesting. What is needed is to improve the aspect of compensation for work and progress and it will be really good.

Great people, very willing to help and cooperate. It's pleasure to work with them

Interesting tasks, the opportunity to work with the team, satisfaction with the work done

Appreciate employees who deserve it, not cut promotions and then at meetings praise how the company earns well
What makes you most happy at work?
If I solve a problem that I have been struggling with for a long time. The developer is always waiting for that shot of dopamine until it finally works :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the last promotions, I learned that I was supposed to get a promotion, but it was cut by the SVP because there is no money. The raise was also very bad for the whole team. I had a really good period behind me and expected to be recognized. However, it ended only with praise from the manager
