It started out great and I really enjoyed what I was doing on a daily basis. I felt like I was making an impact and genuinely looked forward to going to work. More recently it I feel a little under appreciated and don't feel that there is opportunity to progress in my professional career.

Dedicated, hard working, and always willing to go above and beyond to help others when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be a lack of vertical mobility with meaningful merit and title for more junior employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all easy to talk to, great resources to go to for help, and are very friendly and brighten my day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a good job of communicating where they want to the company to go and how they plan on getting us there.
