Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Lot of great people here and great potential. Forced RTO does not work for everyone and its extremely disappointing to be treated like a child while many others are treated like adults. Huge loss of productivity and quality of work with the fish bowl environment and lack of any privacy

Pay and benefits are comparable to other organization. Remote work was a great benefit until it was taken away for some employees

PTO is above average - but use it or lose it can be an issue for operational teams where you are required to be on call and work thru holidays and planned PTO at times. Causing PTO to be lost
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Was a great place to work but recent changes are diluting / destroying that feeling as responsible productive employees are now being treated like children with forced office work in a distracting unproductive environment while others who are not located here are rewarded with more free time.
