I wouldn't be here so long if I was miserable. Overall this is a solid and inoffensive place to work with some great people and a lot of mediocre people but such is the world.

So few are properly trained in their roles and no one knows where to go to get answers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recent efforts to keep employees by offering more personal flexibility is impressive as is the permanent holiday break. These things improve quality of life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here almost 15 years with no promotion or plan despite asking year after year. This is frustrating. If it's my performance tell me but it's not, it's inattention to those who perform well but don't endlessly self-promote.
