After almost 20 years with the company, you can never shake the layoffs are imminent.
I only hope that I can continue my career but nothing feels safe and secure anymore at Sabre.
ELT doesnt engage with regular employees
Salary is fine, VCP is ok for individual contributors.
friendships, and willingness to help.
Not sure what culture means?
Lots of talking points, not as many tangible actions
Leadership doesnt seem to focus on employees just bottom line.
My long term coworkers are what keeps me at Sabre.
This leadership team is good at communicating and keeping employees informed.
this is a job, we are all here to get paid
Overworked, underpaid. Been here about 20 years and just worry about layoffs.
Employees make the culture it cannot be forced as leadership tries to do.
The longevity of working together. Many team members have been together for 10+ years.
The culture here is fight or flight, just waiting for the next round of layoffs.
I've always been at the low end of the salary scale and no manager has ever been able to adjust.
The CULTURE is non existent. The new ELT throws that word around but Culture is earned and the last 5 years culture has gone down the tubes.
